We are not a lender, not a licensed credit provider, and not ourselves a licensed mortgage broker. We don’t provide credit assistance or personal credit advice.
Any credit assistance or credit advice is provided by the licensed mortgage broker we match you with, under that broker’s own Australian Credit Licence or authorisation. That broker is a separate business and is responsible for the advice and services it gives you.
No guarantee of approval or outcome
We don’t guarantee that any loan application will be approved, or that you’ll receive any particular interest rate, loan amount, saving or outcome. Lending decisions are made by lenders based on their own criteria. Being matched with a broker is not an offer of finance and does not guarantee finance.
